What if our needs grow or change?
I offer flexible packages, and we can adjust your scope as your team scales. You can always move from a retainer to project-based support (or vice versa).
Do you work with multiple clients at once?
Yes, but I keep my client roster intentionally small. You’ll always have direct access to me, and I treat your team as if I were on it full-time.
I’ve never hired admin support before. Where do we start?
We’ll begin with a short discovery call to map out what’s draining your time. I’ll suggest a starting point, and you’ll only commit to what fits your actual needs.
Will you help me with both business and personal admin?

I take data privacy seriously. I use password managers like LastPass and follow confidentiality practices to protect your info at every step.

Can you manage sensitive and confidential information?
Yes. I’ve worked directly with executive-level clients and understand the importance of discretion. I’m happy to sign an NDA and follow strict internal confidentiality protocols.
Can you attend meetings or support cross-functional teams?

How do we communicate day to day?

Do you offer refunds?
Yes. If payment has been made for a service that has not yet been rendered, you are eligible for a full refund. Once work has begun or deliverables have been provided, refunds are no longer applicable. If you have any concerns, please contact me immediately so we can work out a suitable resolution
